We hope you are completely satisfied with your Selly Sweet purchase.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.

Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.

All products must have all tags attached and any hygiene seals still attached.

Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.

Please obtain proof of postage with a reference/tracking number from the Post Office. Apologies, we cannot issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Any taxes or duties associated with your exchange will be at your cost.

We may refuse to return your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.

Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept your returns.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
For TURKEY customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 14 days of receipt. For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return your items to Selly Sweet, we're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for customers, returns must be made at your own cost. All Turkey and International Customers who wish to return their items can use the returns label found here

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 5 business days to process. We’ll email you notifying you that your return has been processed.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Selly Sweet. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel.
If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us ASAP.

I GOT MY ORDER AND SOMETHING'S WRONG, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, make sure to include photos with your order number when contacting us.
